Personalised antenatal class (Facilitated by a Qualified Midwife)

Your personal Midwife will facilitate a tailored antenatal class covering;

• general information
• physiology and process of birth
• hospital policy, common interventions
• pain relief options
• positions and comfort techniques
• detailed birth planning

This antenatal class will be tailored to you and your individual needs. Every session booked will include a follow up email with an overview of what was discussed and any resources that may have been covered or identified as a useful for post class reading. 

This class is face to face for Bam Bam and Me customers located on the Gold Coast, 2 hours session.
